One Pot or Pan Meal Recipes

Does the thought of using and cleaning multiple mixing bowls, pots, and pans keep you from trying new recipes?  I’m not gonna lie, I have rinsed out my kid’s cereal bowl from the morning to mix ingredients for dinner!  No one wants to spend the night cleaning dishes!  

Well, these recipes can all be cooked in 1 pot or 1 pan.  I hope you try them!

**Full disclosure, some of these recipes do require that you chop veggies, so unless you plan to do that on a paper towel, you have to dirty up a cutting board – sorry!  Also, a couple of the recipes have a prep-ahead step for part of the recipe so that on the night you cook the meal, it does all cook in one pot/pan.  For example, the Walnut sauce below gets blended in the blender ahead, but I promise it’s EASY!!!

This One-Pan Parmesan Crumb Chicken and Asparagus is crispy, healthy, filling, easy, and delicious. The chicken is simply breaded with a mixture of parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
