Hi, I’m Carrie!  I’m the Recipe Developer and Content Creator behind www.TalkingMeals.com.  As a former caterer in NYC and full-time working mom, I have mastered the art of planning, preparation, and organization when it comes to food, meals, and projects.  I am now using that expertise to help other Moms (and Dads!) to plan, prep, and cook more delicious, easy, and balanced meals at home!
