Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter salted or nonsalted
  • ½ cup Water cold
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions

  • In a small-medium saucepan, combine the Sriracha, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, minced garlic, and butter. Stir together and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring to mix in the butter as it melts. Reduce the heat down to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water until dissolved to make the slurry. Stir the slurry into the sauce. Turn the heat up to medium-low and stir until simmering and thickened and turns back to a deep burgundy color (2-3 minutes). Pour over chicken, shrimp, steak, or veggies!
