Chunky Mayo and Ketchup Dipping Sauce

This Mayo and Ketchup based Remoulade is the perfect dipping sauce for so many things!  It's creamy from the mayo, sweet from the ketchup, and has a spicy tingle from the Sriracha. Each bite has fresh crunchy veggies, including pickles, red pepper, and green onions (scallions). Dip your fries, fish, crispy appetizers, or sausage slices in this. Or top your hamburger, hot dog, or chicken sandwich with it!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Scallions
  • 2 Tablespoons Pickles, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Pepper, diced
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha, or more to taste
  • Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Finely dice the pickles, red pepper, and scallions.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha, pickles, red pepper, scallions, and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  • That's it!  Enjoy with fish, fries, roasted veggies, chips, chicken or anything else you love to dip, dunk, or scoop!
