Gluten-Free Cauliflower Cheese and Ham Bake

We have all heard of Cordon Bleu, right?   So, this recipe is inspired by those flavors but in a healthier recipe that’s also gluten free.

INGREDIENTS Cauliflower Ham Milk Cornstarch Broth Gruyere Garlic Dijon Mustard Parsley Gluten-free bread Salt, pepper

Cauliflower needs to be cut into bite sized florets. 

Add the milk and mix in the cornstarch until it's dissolved, right in the baking dish. Then add to the mix, broth, cheese, dijon mustard and ham. Toss the florets over that mixture, then mix well. 

White the dish is baking, prepare the gluten-free breadcrumbs in a food processor. 

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and top it with the cheesy breadcrumb mixture and let it bake anoter 10 min.
