Perfect salad presentation for serving over the holidays!

– Spring mix – Grape tomatoes – Shallot – EVOO – White wine vinegar – Dijon mustard – Honey – Salt, pepper – Grated parmesan cheese – Dried oregano

These buzz worthy Parmesan crisps take the place of croutons but look elegant and time consuming to prepare.  The cheesy crisps help to spiff up a simple salad that's perfect for a potluck or to serve for the holidays. Let me tell ya, OH YES YOU CAN BE A STAR WITH SHARING A SALAD This recipe comes together with just 2 ingredients! The Herb Parmesan Crisps, which are salty and nutty and crispy and delicious and addictive…oh, and so easy to make you will not believe it!

Start by making small piles of the parmesan cheese about 2 inches on a lined baking sheet. Parchment paper is the best option for the easiest removal.

Sprinkle some oregano over the cheese piles.

Use the back of a spoon to make the thin circles of the cheese piles.

It should only take 5-6  minutes for them to bake down.

Let the crisps cool down and firm up before serving.

Whisk together the dressing  ingredients with a fork until it emulsifies and comes together beautifully into a thick dressing.
