These perfectly roasted Cheesy Cauliflower steaks have crispy edges that give way to a tender, almost buttery interior. The caramelized exterior adds a subtle sweetness, while the gooey, melty cheese brings a rich, indulgent flavor that makes you forget you’re eating a vegetable. They make a great side dish or main dish, given how ‘meaty’ each piece is.
