INGREDIENTS - San Marzano tomatoes - Tomato paste - Garlic powder - Dried oregano - Salt, pepper - Chicken broth - Shell pasta - Parmesan cheese - Panko bread crumbs - Fresh parsley
In the baking dish, add in the crushed tomatoes, paste and seasonings and stir well with the water added.
Stir in parmesan cheese with the shell pasta. If you want another pasta shape, you might have to account for a longer cooking time.
Slice the chicken into thin pieces and the zucchini into planks, seasoning both with salt and pepper.
Layer the zucchini into the sauce and then top it with the seasoned chicken slices.
Top the dish with shredded cheese and bake.
10 minutes before it's done baking, top it with the prepared seasoned panko breadcrumb mixture.
