The Sriracha gives a yummy kick to this simple and healthy appetizer!

Ingredients -  1 can Chickpeas -  1 tbsp Sriracha - 1/4 cup water - 1 tbsp EVOO - Pinch salt (to taste)

Blend chickpeas

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Then add them to a food processor.

Add the 3 remaining ingredients to the partially blended chickpeas for a smooth and creamy texture. 

Serve

Once it's completely blended, serve it with a variety of vegetables, crackers and chips. It's also great on sandwiches or wraps!
