INGREDIENTS Ground beef EVOO Diced tomatoes Tomato paste Green chiles Garlic Chipotle peppers in Adobo Beef broth Chili powder Ground cumin Dried oregano Salt and pepper Parmesan cheese Corn kernels Fettucine pasta Panko breadcrumbs Butter

1.  Remove the corn from the cobs with a sharp knife. Also, grab the corn "milk" by using the back of the knife against the cob. 

Cook the ground beef in the Dutch oven while you prepare the pasta in a separate pan. 

3.  Stir in the veggies, broth with the tomatoes and seasonings.

Let the flavors build together by simmering about 20 minutes. 

4. Toast the breadcrumbs. 

5.  When the sauce finishes cooking, stir in the corn kernels with the parmesan cheese. Finally, add in the cooked pasta!
