1. While the chicken pieces are sauteing in a pan, cook the penne pasta. Be sure to reserve some pasta water.

2. Turn the heat off or remove the pan from the heat and add the vodka to the pan.

3. Scrape the pan and get all the flavor into the sauce, then add the broth.

4. Begin to add the flavors - tomato paste, garlic and oregano. Add the crushed tomatoes!

5. Whisk in the heavy cream, getting a consistent, smooth sauce.

6. Now add the chicken and the juices that emitted from it while it sat.

7. Stir in the cooked pasta and stir in the reserved pasta water to get it to the desired consistency.
