One Pan with everything for the meal that cooks in the oven?  Sheet pan dinners are such a lifesaver when it comes to dinners on a busy weeknight!

INGREDIENTS Chicken thighs Spices EVOO Water Butternut squash Brussels Sprouts Green olives

Add the olive oil onto the chicken thighs in a mixing bowl and add the spices, rubbing it all over the raw chicken.

Skin the butternut squash and cut the squash into bite sized pieces. 

Slice the brussels sprouts into half. 

Bake the meal for 20 minutes, then remove the squash to mash it. Return the pan to the oven for the chicken and Brussels sprouts to finish cooking.
