INGREDIENTS - 1 1/4 Cup GF Cornmeal - 3/4 Cup GF All Purpose Flour (Xanthan Gum) - 3 tsp Baking Powder - 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar - 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg - 1 cup Milk, 1% - 1/4 cup Salted Butter - 2 Large Eggs - 3-5 Tbsp Honey - 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
combine the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl. whisk well.
measure the dry ingredients and combine, then fold in the wet ingredients and cheese.
Spread the cornbread mixture into the parchment paper lined pan. Bake in 400F degrees oven for 20 minutes.
TIP
THE BATTER FOR THE CORNBREAD IS THICK AND SHOULD BE SCOOPED INTO THE BAKING DISH RATHER THAN POURED.

IF YOU PREFER TO BAKE WITH CAST IRON INSTEAD OF A PARCHMENT PAPER COVERED BAKING DISH, BE SURE TO USE BUTTER TO GREASE THE PAN WELL.
