INGREDIENTS - Creamer potatoes - EVOO - Fresh sage - Salted butter - Garlic - Salt - Pepper
Prepare the seasonings and thinly slice the sage leaves. Then mince the garlic.
Heat the oil in the skillet and lay the potatoes into the pan, cut side down until they form a crispy crust for 3-5 minutes.
Add the butter to the skillet and return all the seared potatoes together to finish cooking. For the final five minutes, add in the garlic, butter and sage to finish the side dish.
