These Savory Baked Tofu Bites are wonderful alternative to chicken nuggets, meatballs, or chicken in your pasta or stir fry.

They are also a great alternative to bread croutons, as they are low carb, gluten free and packed with health benefits.

Tofu is low in calories and is a source of iron and calcium.  It is a complete protein as well.

Spritz the tofu bites with oil and then coat them with the seasoning. 

Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Then remove and flip each piece over and roast for another 10 minutes.
