QUINOA CRUST TOMATO TART WITH ARTICHOKE HEARTS 

This tart is a healthy alternative to pizza, but still gives you incredible taste!

INGREDIENTS Uncooked quinoa Baking powder Dried oregano Plum tomatoes Artichoke hearts Fresh basil  Garlic Salt Mozzarella  Goat cheese

Put the ingredients into a food processor to start the quinoa crust. 

Rinse the quinoa, then cook it up. You can prepare it up to a few days in advance. 

Prepare the artichoke heart tomato mixture in a bowl with fresh basil.

Add the tomato tart mixture to the top of the quinoa crust and crumble the goat cheese over top before baking.
