INGREDIENTS - Russet potatoes - Garlic powder - Chili powder - Salt, pepper - EVOO - Cod fillets - Panko breadcrumbs - Egg
Dry the sliced potato fries and then season with salt and pepper OR the delicious combo of chili and garlic powder.
Cut the cod into chunks and dip them into the egg mixture, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Combine the remoulade in a bowl for dipping sauce when serving the meal.
Bake the cod filets about 20 minutes or when firm to the touch.
Bake the fries about 40 minutes and serve with the fish!
