SPICE RUB smoked paprika garlic powder salt, pepper cayenne pepper OTHER INGREDIENTS Rice Chicken thighs Olive oil Carrots Celery Onion Garlic  Tomato Tomato paste Spanish olives Chicken broth Smoked paprika

1.  Prep all the veggies that go into the pot from carrots and celery to onion and olives. 

2.  Prepare your spice blend in a small bowl. 

3.  Add the spice blend to the chicken and sear them each side in the hot Dutch oven to a golden brown. 

Remove the chicken but add all the veggies, paste and broth to the pan. 

4.  Stir in the rice and add the chicken back to the pan. 

5.  Let the chicken, vegetables and rice finish cooking in the oven for about 30 minutes!
