INGREDIENTS - Pancake mix - Vanilla mix - Bananas - Water - EVOO
You ideally want overripe bananas that have lots of brown spots. When you look at them you think, yep those have seen better days and you may typically just toss into the trash. BUT DON’T!
You want COMPLETE mix only requiring added water. If you buy a box of pancake mix that requires eggs, then you will need to add eggs.
I do recommend adding Vanilla Extract to this when you mix the pancake dry ingredients with Water. The vanilla gives the best flavor and is such a great pairing with the bananas. That is the 3rd ingredient.
Bake in the oven 350 F degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
