CHICAGO PIZZA WITH CHICKEN SAUSAGE

This is the holy-grail, make-you-drool-just-thinking-about-it, Chicago Style Pizza.

INGREDIENTS Flour Cornmeal Salt, pepper Sugar Instant yeast Butter Olive oil Ground chicken Parsley Garlic Fennel seed Whole peeled tomatoes Mozzarella Parmesan cheese

Give yourself time to make the dough, and let it rise. It needs 2-3 hours. 

Roll the dough out and spread it with softened butter. 

Roll the dough into a long roll, cut it in half and let the two pieces rise another hour. 

Season the ground chicken and then cook it in a skillet. 

Add the pizza dough into a pie dish and roll it up the sides, pinching the edges into a fluted design. Then layer in the mozzarella. 

Layer half the chicken sausage into the pizza and then top with the drained tomatoes. 

Sprinkle the cheese over the tomatoes and bake!
