INGREDIENTS - San Marzano tomatoes - Garlic - EVOO - Sour cream - Vegetable base - Cornstarch - Basil - Salt, pepper - Fusilli pasta
Saute the garlic and then add in the crushed tomatoes. Stir the flavors together before adding in the sour cream mixture. Let it cook about 5 minutes and thicken up.
Add in the cooked pasta of choice (I love fusilli) and some fresh basil before serving!
