POTATO AND STEAK BITES

The potatoes get a gorgeous and flavorful sear in the pan, then garlic and beef filet cubes are added with sweet peppers.  You get fantastic salty, buttery, tender steak and potatoes in each and every mouthwatering bite!

INGREDIENTS Gold creamer potatoes EVOO Thyme Oregano Salt, pepper Petite beef filet Garlic Salted butter Smoked paprika Onion powder Ground coriander Mustard powder Sweet peppers Italian parsley

Slice up your potatoes - no need to peel them first. 

Slice up the sweet peppers. A variety of your favorite colors. 

Slice up the beef into bite sized pieces and season it. Store it in the refrigerator until you're ready to sear them. 

Sear the potatoes on each side in the hot pan coated with olive oil. Add the seasonings, then place them aside. The smaller the pieces you chopped, the quicker they'll cook.

Sear the steak pieces in melted butter, then add in the garlic and sweet peppers. 

Return the potatoes to the pan, warm them back up and then serve!
