INGREDIENTS - Hash browns - Eggs - Milk - Chorizo - Cheddar cheese - Manchego cheese - Scallions - Salt, pepper
Stir in some of the green onions and seasonings along with the milk.
Add the chorizo and potatoes to the slow cooker. Then top with cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns and set the slow cooker to low.
Invert the cooked eggs onto a plate and serve!
