PHILLY CHEESESTEAK CASSEROLE

Homemade Lasagna may seem like a lot of work, but this is an easy lasagna recipe that you can make several ahead and even freeze.

INGREDIENTS Flank steak Paprika Salt, Pepper EVOO Onion Bell pepper Garlic Broth Worcestershire sauce Cream cheese Cheddar Provolone  Hoagie buns

Thinly slice the steak, against the grain and then add it to a bowl with the seasonings. 

Fry your flank steak in batches so the pan isn't overcrowded, forcing the meat to "steam". 

Remove the steak and saute the onions and peppers. 

Use the flavor in the pan, add in the broth to scrape it into the sauce followed by cream cheese and worcestershire sauce. 

Add the sauce to a baking dish, then stir in the steak, peppers and onions. Sprinkle with cheese. 

Top with provolone, then the cubed bread pieces and end with the shredded cheese.
