Roast Pork Gravy 

INGREDIENTS - 1.5 lb Pork Tenderloin - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Pepper - 1 tsp Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme - 1/4 cup Salted Butter - 1/4 cup Wheat Flour - 1 cup Chicken Broth - 1/2 cup Milk

Easy Roast Pork Gravy, No Fail Recipe 

Melt butter and mix in flour then whisk in stock and milk to prepare the gravy. 

Season your pork with seasonings and evoo. then sear each side in a hot dutch oven pot. 

PLACE YOUR DUTCH OVEN INTO THE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE PORK REACHES 145 DEGREES.

WHILE THE PORK IS RESTING, USE THE DRIPPINGS IN THE DUTCH OVEN TO PREPARE THE GRAVY BY WHISKING IN THE WATER AND GRAVY BASE.
