Roasted Chicken:  Chicken Breasts, Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Chili Powder Filling and Taquitos: Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper,  Salt, Scallions, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Corn Tortillas Toppings:  Sour Cream, Tomato, Cilantro, Cotija Cheese (optional)

Roast and shred the chicken breasts.  Add to a pot.
