Once the chicken is cooked, add in the diced tomatoes, black beans and green chiles.
Add the seasonings to a mixing bowl with the seasonings and combine well.
Begin laying the Mexican lasagna ingredients into a baking dish, starting with 3-4 corn tortillas at the bottom, followed by ground chicken mixture, cheese and scallion, repeating until you finish with sauce on top.
