EASY ONE PAN CHICKEN CORDON BLEU RICE BAKE

INGREDIENTS - White rice - Chicken broth - Garlic powder - Salt - Chicken breasts - Deli ham - Oregano - Swiss cheese - Panko breadcrumbs

Begin cooking the rice and then work on the chicken breasts - slicing them in half.

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and oregano. Then layer on a folded piece of ham and swiss cheese over that. 

Place the chicken pieces and lay over the rice in the baking dish and put in the oven to bake about 20 minutes. 

Prep the breadcrumb topping while the chicken cooks. Add it to the chicken when there's about 5 minutes left to go. Sprinkle over the top and let it finish baking for 5 minutes.
