– Creamer potatoes – EVOO – Fresh sage – Garlic – Butter – Salt and pepper

That’s right, this potato recipe  is super easy!  These are even easier to make than creamy mashed potatoes. The potato is truly one of the most iconic comfort foods.  It’s filling, warm, creamy, and always available! This is my salty, crispy, irresistible Baby Potatoes with Garlic Butter and Sage Recipe!

To get started, cut the potatoes in half the longest side for more surface area.

Thinly slice the fresh sage and mince the garlic as well.

With a hot skillet and olive oil, add the potatoes and let them cook 3-4 min each side so they begin to form a golden crust.

Once the potatoes are seared, add butter to the pan to melt and return the potatoes to the pan, top with a lid and let them cook til soft, about 10 minutes.

Remove the lid, add in the butter, garlic and sage, stirring until its melted and browning. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn.
