INGREDIENTS - 1 1/4 Cup GF Cornmeal - 3/4 Cup GF All Purpose Flour (Xanthan Gum) - 3 tsp Baking Powder - 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar - 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg - 1 cup Milk, 1% - 1/4 cup Salted Butter - 2 Large Eggs - 3-5 Tbsp Honey - 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
Fold in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients with the cheese.
SPOON THE CORNBREAD MIXTURE INTO THE PARCHMENT PAPER LINED PAN. BAKE IN 400F OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES.

IF YOU PREFER TO BAKE WITH CAST IRON INSTEAD OF A PARCHMENT PAPER COVERED BAKING DISH, BE SURE TO USE BUTTER TO GREASE THE PAN WELL.
