1.  Slice beef. Be sure to cut against the grain. You're going to marinade the beef up to 24 hours. 

2.  Use a food processor to create the marinade. 

3.  Add the marinade to the beef and set it in the fridge. 

4.  Prep the cilantro lime sriracha sauce. 

5.  Prepare the cabbage for the slaw. 

6.  Whisk together the sauce ingredients and combine it with the slaw. 

7.  Let the steak come to room temp before frying it. It'll only take a few minutes each side so be ready. 

8.  Stir in cheese.  Pour over broccoli and chicken.  Bake!
