TACO MEATLOAF WITH CHIPOTLE AND CHEDDAR

If you’re looking for a way to spice up meatloaf, this one’s for you! Taco Meatloaf adds a spicy Mexican flare with Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce and Cheddar Cheese.

INGREDIENTS Ground meat Chipotle Peppers Egg Ketchup Cheddar cheese Salt, pepper

Using a food processor, add an egg, chipotle peppers and ketchup to prepare the sauce. 

Season the ground beef mixture in a mixing bowl. Be prepared for the beef to feel wet - that's how its supposed to be!

Add the beef mixture to a loaf pan set up with foil and then spread the red sauce over the top. 

Bake the meatloaf and then let it sit after it comes out of the oven so the juices get absorbed into the meat before serving.
