Add your marinade to a ziploc bag and add the raw chicken breasts. Let it sit up to 8 hours! Did you know you could freeze it too? It'll be good for 4 mos.
Combine your aioli ingredients in a small bowl. Be sure that your garlic is really finely minced. Fresh is best!
This recipe starts the chicken on the stovetop by searing them on each side, then finishes the meal in the oven.
Remove the chicken from the pan, add in the marinade that you reserved and simmer it. Add the chicken back in, cover it and put it in the oven. Once it's done, let it rest a few minutes before slicing.
Drizzle the aioli over the sliced pieces of chicken. Use a ziploc that you snip the corner off to make it easy!
