Clean the shrimp and you can leave the tails on or remove them. 

Heat the oil in a fry pan and cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes each side. Put it on the side. 

Add in the carrots, cabbage and seasonings, letting it cook a few minutes. 

Add eggs into the pan with the veggies. Then stir in the noodles. 

Add the shrimp and let it heat up.
