Beef Stew without Wine in the  Slow Cooker

INGREDIENTS – 1 cup Diced Carrots – 1 cup Diced Onions – 2 cloves Garlic – 3/4 cup Parsley – 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard – 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce – 1 Bay Leaf – 1 tsp Dry Thyme – 1 tsp Salt & Pepper – 3 cups Beef Broth – 1 lb Beef Stew Meat – 1/4 cup Cornstarch – 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese – 10 oz Rice Noodles

BEEF STEW WITHOUT WINE IN THE SLOW COOKER

This is a downhome comfort meal There is a lot of flavor and texture in each bite Rice noodles help soak up the delicious gravy it cooks all day while you are out and it’s waiting for you when you get home.

WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE BEEF STEW IN THE CROCK POT

want to prep this meal ahead? prepare all the ingredients ahead and store them in the crock until you're ready to cook, then add the slurry, broth and beef. 

make the cornstarch slurry and add it to the crock pot with the beef broth over the veggies. 

ADD IN THE BEEF AND SET YOUR CROCK POT TO COOK LOW AND SLOW 8 HOURS. 

PREPARE THE RICE NOODLES IF YOU'RE GLUTEN FREE OR EGG NOODLES ARE A GOOD OPTION IF YOU'RE NOT.  SERVE YOUR STEW OVER THE NOODLES!
