This Edamame Dip with Gorgonzola and Harissa Oil is creamy, savory, nutty, and utterly can't-stop-dipping delicious! Add all ingredients to a mini food processor and blend until smooth. Taste the dip and add more gorgonzola if you like!
Make the Harissa Oil by combining 2 tablespoon of olive oil with ½ teaspoon Harissa powder.
Scoop the Dip onto a plate or into a bowl and create texture on top with the spoon. Then drizzle the Harissa oil on top. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve with pita, crackers, bread, or any veggies you like!
