You think this is just salsa, but it's no ordinary salsa! Enjoy a salsa bursting with flavor, perfect for topping protein, adding to a salad, wrap or enjoying as a fresh appetizer to dip into. This salsa has tons of contrasting flavors in the texture and spice area.
PREP YOUR VEGGIES SO THEY ARE READY TO GO AT ONCE OR TO SET UP THIS RECIPE TO PREPARE QUICKLY ANOTHER TIME. DON'T ADD THE LIME JUICE, PEPPERS OR AVOCADO UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
Add the juice of a lime. NOTE: I like to roll the lime pressing down to loosen the fibers and get the juices flowing so it is easier to juice.
ADD ALL THE CHOPPED AND DICED INGREDIENTS TO YOUR MIXING BOWL.
SQUEEZE YOUR LIME OVER THE INGREDIENTS.
ADD A PINCH OF SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE, AND COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS WELL.
PREPARE YOUR AVOCADO BY REMOVING THE SEED AND SKIN.
SLICE AND DICE YOUR AVOCADO, THEN ADD IT TO THE BOWL OF INGREDIENTS.
