INGREDIENTS  – CHICKEN BREASTS – SESAME OIL – SOY SAUCE – RICE WINE – GARLIC – SALT AND PEPPER – PINEAPPLE – RED BELL PEPPER – ONION

CUT UP THE CHICKEN BREASTS INTO ABOUT 16 PIECES SO YOU HAVE AT LEAST 4 PIECES PER SKEWER.

PLACE THE CARROTS ON A BAKING SHEET. DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND THEN SPRINKLE THE SEASONING OVER THE TOP.  DON'T FORGET TO SPRINKLE THE SCALLION PIECES OVER THE TOP. THEN GET TO ROASTING!

COMBINE THE CHICKEN AND HALF THE SAUCE IN A ZIPLOC BAG.

SLICE UP THE REST OF THE KABOB INGREDIENTS.

SKEWER THE VEGGIES, PINEAPPLE AND CHICKEN ALTERNATING. MAKE SURE THERES 4 CHICKEN PIECES PER SKEWER.

LET THEM COOK FOR ABOUT 6 MIN EACH SIDE.
