CHEESY HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS – 2 lb Frozen Hash Browns – 3 tbsp Flour – 1 cup Milk – 1 cup Vegetable Broth – 8 oz Sour Cream – 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese – 2 Scallions – 1 tsp Dried Oregano – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Pepper

HASH BROWN CASSEROLE WITHOUT SOUP

This potato side dish is perfect for breakfast or dinner or even served at Christmas as a side! This dish preps quickly so you can get it to baking in the oven.  Creamy potatoes bake up as a delicious comfort food.

Tip

combine the frozen hashbrowns with the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. 

SCOOP THE POTATO MIXTURE INTO A 9X13 BAKING DISH. 

BAKE WITH AN ALUMINUM FOIL LID ON FOR THE FIRST 35 MINUTES AND THE LAST 10 MINUTES LET THE TOP BROWN UP.
