INGREDIENTS – Raw Shrimp – All purpose flour – Salt & pepper – Butter – Orange – Chicken broth – Garlic – Scallions – Parsley – EVOO – Fettucine

TIME TO PREP THE HERBS AND FRUIT. HAVE IT ALL READY BECAUSE THIS DISH COMES TOGETHER QUICKLY.

PREPARE YOUR BUTTER TO BROWN IN A SAUCEPAN. LET IT MELT AND WATCH FOR THE GOLDEN COLOR TO APPEAR. KEEP AN EYE ON IT, YOU DON'T WANT IT TO BURN.

WHILE THE PASTA WATER IS GETTING HOT, DREDGE THE SHRIMP IN SEASONED FLOUR BEFORE COOKING IN THE HOT SKILLET. FLIP EACH PIECE AFTER 2-3 MINUTES.

COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS, BY ADDING IN THE ORANGE JUICE, BUTTER, SEASONINGS AND LET IT COMBINE.

ADD THE PASTA RIGHT FROM THE COOKED PASTA WATER AND COMBINE SO IT BEGINS TO THICKEN UP.
