Take your pork tenderloin up a notch with fantastic homemade gravy!

Ingredients  - 1.5 Lb Pork Tenderloin - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 1 tsp Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp Dried thyme - 1/4 cup Salted butter - 1/4 cup Wheat flour - 1 cup Chicken broth - 1/2 cup Milk

SEAR THE PORK

Sear the pork tenderloin in a skillet to get a nice golden color. Then finish cooking it in the oven. 

Prepare THE gravy base

Stir the flour into a saucepan with melted butter. Then stir in the milk and stock.

Use the flavor left in the pan after cooking the pork tenderloin to build into the homemade gravy by stirring the bits into the stock and whisking in the gravy base prepared in advance.
