DROP A COUPLE OF TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL ONTO A SHEET PAN AND ADD YOUR CUBED CRUSTY BREAD. SALT IT AND BAKE 15 MIN FOR 300.

PREPARE THE ITALIAN DRESSING IN A BOWL AND WHISK THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

CHOP UP THE VEGGIES; TOMATOES, CUCUMBERS, AND RED ONIONS PLUS CUT THE CHEESE INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES.

ADD ALL THE VEGGIES AND CHICKEN, PLUS BREAD INTO A BOWL AND COMBINE WITH THE DRESSING, MAKING SURE ITS ALL COATED. THEN ADD IN THE CHEESE AND COMBINE. TEAR THE BASIL INTO PIECES AND ADD IT TO THE BOWL.
