INGREDIENTS – 16 oz Ground White Meat – 2 cloves Garlic – 3 tbsp Parsley – 1 tbsp EVOO – 1 tsp Fennel Seed, Salt. Pepper – 10 oz Uncooked Pasta – 2 tsp EVOO – 1 Onion – 1 clove Garlic – 1 cup Chicken Broth – 1 cup Milk – 2 tbsp Cornstarch – 2 cups Kale – 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, Pepper – 3/4 cup Parmesan

COOK UP THE ITALIAN CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND LET IT SEAR ON BOTH SIDES TO GET A NICE BROWN COLOR. 

ONCE CHICKEN IS DONE, ADD THE ONIONS AND GARLIC. THEN STIR IN THE KALE. ADDING SALT & PEPPER. 

POUR IN THE BROTH AND SLURRY AND GIVE THE SAUCE TIME TO THICKEN. STIR EVERY FEW MINUTES SO IT DOESN'T CLUMP. 

WHEN THE KALE IS SOFTENED TO YOUR LIKING, ADD IN THE PASTA, 1/2 CUP OF PASTA WATER RESERVED AND PARMESAN CHEESE.
