MEXICAN MARINATED CHICKEN AND RICE

Not your regular Mexican dish but filled with so much flavor. It's made in one pot so it's also easy! Filled with flavor and texture, you'll make this your go-to meal even during busy weeknights.  With Mexican flavors, you can't go wrong serving this up for the entire family. 

WHY ENJOY A MEXICAN-INSPIRED CHICKEN SKILLET

Cut your chicken into strips and let it marinate with the seasonings at least an hour, up to 24.

While your rice is cooking, add your chicken to a skillet and begin to saute the pieces.

You're going to add diced chiles, corn and tomatoes to the pan with all the flavorings like oregano and chili powder.

Time to stir in the cooked rice and let the flavors combine. Shredded cheese and chopped cilantro go into the mix before serving.
