INGREDIENTS – 2 Chicken Breasts – 1 cup Frozen Sweet Peas – 2 cups Carrots – 4 Bouillon Cubes – 2 tbsp Cornstarch – 1 tsp Salt & Pepper – 5.5 cups Water

NO NOODLES CHUNKY CHICKEN SOUP

Just 5 Ingredients to put together a healthy dinner! This soup is a thick and creamy soup with all the chunks of chicken and veggies combined.  You will enjoy putting this together for an easy weeknight dinner.  You won't miss the noodles if you're trying to lighten the meals with calories. 

WHY YOU SHOULD MAKE NO NOODLE CHICKEN SOUP

WANT A MEAL TO PREP IN ADVANCE? THIS ONE CAN BE DONE ABOUT 4-5 DAYS AHEAD. 

Tip

COOK THE CHICKEN BREASTS IN A DUTCH OVEN. WHEN ITS DONE COOKING, SET IT ASIDE TO COOL SO YOU CAN SHRED IT. 

USING THE BROTH LEFT, ADD THE DICED CARROTS. THEN ADD IN THE CORNSTARCH AND LET IT THICKEN THE LIQUID. 

ADD THE CHICKEN AND PEAS INTO THE BROTH. THEN YOU CAN SERVE IT RIGHT AWAY OR SAVE IT FOR THE NEXT DAY.
