WHY ENJOY MAKING CHICKEN MEATLOAF WITHOUT BREADCRUMBS

FINELY DICE THE ONION AND GARLIC. THEN ADD THE ketchup, chicken, worcestershire sauce INTO THE BOWL. STIR TOGETHER BUT DON'T OVERMIX.  Finally add the parmesan cheese. 

ADD THE CHICKEN MIXTURE TO THE LOAF PAN. WRAPPING THE LOAF PAN IN FOIL MAKES CLEAN UP A BREEZE LATER.  SPREAD THE REMAINING KETCHUP OVER THE TOP.

CHICKEN MEATLOAF WILL COOK FOR 45 MIN OR UNTIL IT REACHES 165. BE SURE TO LET IT SIT 10 MIN AFTER IT COMES OUT OF THE OVEN TO SET, THEN SLICE IT UP.
