This sauce comes together in minutes. You can use this crema on so many foods! Both as a dip and as flavor to enhance a recipe, such as sandwiches, salads, veggies and burgers.
USE A SHARP KNIFE TO HALVE YOUR AVOCADO AND THEN TO LOOSEN THE SEED FROM THE MIDDLE.
REMOVE THE AVOCADO FROM THE SKIN BY USING A SPOON TO PEEL IT OUT OF THE SKIN. ADD IT TO THE BLENDER.
ADD THE SOUR CREAM, LIME JUICE AND SALT AND PEPPER TO THE AVOCADO IN THE BLENDER,
ONCE THE MIXTURE IS SMOOTH, ADD IN THE CILANTRO LEAVES AND BLEND UNTIL ITS INCORPORATED.
YOU CAN ADD YOUR MIXTURE TO A BOWL AND SPOON IT OVER YOUR FOODS, OR ADD IT TO A ZIPLOC BAG AND SNIP THE CORNER TIP OFF TO DRIZZLE ONTO YOUR FOODS.
