What to do with leftover turkey?

Mix the Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Honey, and Sesame Seeds.  Add shredded cabbage and mix to combine.

Whisk soy sauce, water, honey, minced garlic, and ground pepper.  Slice red pepper and carrots. Shred the brussel sprouts.  Mince the garlic and the ginger.

Add 1/2 of the sauce, then the shredded turkey.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Pour the rest of the sauce into dipping bowls.
