ITALIAN CHICKEN SAUSAGE PASTA WITH KALE

A traditional comfort food made healthy with a homemade version of ground Italian Chicken sausage flavored with garlic and fennel seeds.

INGREDIENTS  – Ground white chicken – Garlic – Parsley – Fennel seed – Salt, pepper – EVOO – Pasta shells – Onion – Chicken broth – Milk  – Cornstarch – Kale – Red pepper flakes – Parmesan cheese

Season the ground chicken with it's Italian flavors. 

While the pasta is cooking, cook up the Italian chicken sausage in a hot skillet.

Time to saute the onions and garlic after adding a little more oil to the skillet. Stir in the broken pieces of kale and sprinkle in the seasonings. 

Whisk together the ingredients while it begins to thicken. Stir the mixture as it begins to thicken. 

Stir in half of the pasta water with the pasta, and Italian chicken sausage. Feel free to garnish each serving with more Parmesan cheese.
