– Soy sauce – White wine – Brown sugar – Sesame oil – Ginger root – Garlic – Ground beef – Radishes – Scallions – White rice

This Korean recipe is sooooo much faster to make than the Korean tacos recipe.  There is no marinating needed.  The sauce comes together in just minutes and gets added to the ground beef in the pan for the most intensely perfect flavor.

This food processor makes quick work of making the delicious sauce for the dish. 

Break up the ground beef in a skillet then stir in the sliced onions and prepeared Korean sauce. 

It's really easy to prepare the meal now - the rice goes in a bowl, topped with Korean bulgogi ground beef and your favorite garnishments, such as sliced green onions and radish slices.
